Security & tenant isolation (preview)

Live mode must scope all customer data by organization_id after authentication. Portal screens never access /app/ tenant data in this rebuild.

Demo / live separation

Demo entry at /demo/ uses fictional /app/ sample data. Portal previews do not activate, reset, or cross into live customer workspaces.

Tenant / slug readiness plan (read-only)

How multi-tenant customer workspaces should work on CCS — this preview does not activate routing or tenants.

  • Same codebase serves all customers — one deploy, many organisations.
  • Future organisations.slug drives workspace identity (e.g. oakview-care).
  • No separate cPanel subdomain required by default.
  • Customer branding stored per organisation in settings later (colour, logo, labels).
  • Tenant isolation must use organization_id on every DB query in live mode — not implemented here.
  • Slug-based workspace URLs are planned; no slug routing is active on this preview host.
  • No .htaccess or Apache routing changes in OWNER-PORTAL-3.

Marketing copy is illustrated in the owner portal CMS preview section. Public pages on this host remain static PHP shells — nothing is written to disk or database from the portal.
